BABY MAGIC HAIR & BODY WASH REVIEW

You have to be careful when you have young children, as normal bath washes can hurt and sting their eyes, and sometimes give allergic reactions too.

I had the opportunity to try the tear free Baby Magic hair and body wash, and used it on my 5 and 2 year olds. I loved how it was a 2 in one wash, as i didn't have to mess about with different bottles as i was bathing them.

It makes just the right amount of bubbles, and the PH balanced natural moisture ingredients left them with really soft and smooth skin. Plus you get that 'fresh baby smell'.

This isn't just for babies and young children. In fact it's great for adults too. You can use as a mild facial cleanser to remove the excess dirt and oil.

I had this product sent to me to test out, in exchange for a review on behalf of BabyMagic. However all opinions are 100% mine.

ONLINE NURSING DEGREES

Have you ever wanted to take up a nursing degree, but couldn't find the time and a place where you could study this?

Did you know that you can actually do an online nursing degree at the Western Governors University website?

The programmes have been developed by employers in the health industry, so that work you carry out will be completely relevant to what will be required of you in your job role.

As well as that the online university degree programmes have been accredited by the Commission for Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE).

An online nursing degree programme carries huge benefits such as working individually, as opposed to being in a classroom full of students.

You wont have any teachers spending time on subjects with other pupils that you are already efficient in. It's all about working with you and your needs.

PERSONALIZED PHOTO CARDS

I really like the special photo occasion cards you can get for birthdays, baby announcements, valentines day etc.

They are just so much better than sending a normal card out, and it makes a nice small gift for someone as a keepsake.

Photo cards are also good if you forgot to send a special friend or family member a Christmas card, but they ended up sending you one.

You can find some lovely designed ones at Pear Tree.

NOT ENOUGH FOR A SNOWMAN

This is as about as good as it got for snow here in my town in the UK this year. Not even enough for a snowman! The kids didn't seem too sad luckily. They at least got to slide about in the snow on the driveway for a bit.
It was a few days before Christmas, and before the kids came outside i managed to carve my eldest Evan's name in the snow with my shoe!

Then putting my mummy head on i told him that Santa had wrote it, to let Evan know that he had been to check he was being a good boy and that he would be back.

The lines you see in the picture were the lines from our dustbin being pulled back to it's place. Evan said it was Santa's sleigh tracks the clever little boy!

Here they are the troublesome two! Maybe we will get some more snow in the new year boys.

FAMILY FRIENDLY ALL WEATHER CAR MATS

If you have kids you will know what i mean by dirty car floor mats right?

Whether it be sweets, drinks or mud there is always something then ends up stuck on your floor mats!

That's why i love the WeatherTech All-Weather Mats. They are made from a high quality material that will stop liquids spilling into and under your mat, and staining it.

This makes them really easy to clean, which is ideal for any parent. It enables me to just carry on driving without worrying that my feet will slip on liquids as i'm reaching for the pedals, or my car smelling from whatever has sunk in or underneath the mat.

You can get these family friendly mats from the CARiD website.

WEN CLEANSING CONDITONER REVIEW

I had heard about a popular Hollywood shampoo called Wen by Chaz Dean, that is a cleansing conditioner instead of a separate shampoo and conditioner.

The way it works is it's meant to replace your normal shampoo and conditioner, that may contain harsh ingredients. These would usually strip your hair of it's natural oils and colour.

The cleansing conditoner will strenghten, moisturize, soothe your scalp and add sheen.

I gave it a try, and to be honest i had to use it a few times before i was satisfied with my result. This was only because the guide on the bottle says to use 16-24 pumps, and on the first go i thought the 24 seemed alot so i used less. The 2nd time i used 24 and it was too much!

But i figured out in the end 16 pumps was the best! It all depends on the length and thickness of your hair you see.

After using it i found my hair to have nice shimmer and be really smooth and tangle free.

I mess with my hair alot and it gets greasy fast, so this is more ideal for a daily hair washing really, as opposed to someone who would probably like to wash their hair once or twice a week.

You can find out more from the website direct, look at before and after picture of satisfied customer, purchase Wen items and pick up a few of Chaz's tips.

WHERE DO YOU FIND YOUR ANSWERS?

No matter how clever or experienced you are in a topic, there is always something you wont know the answer to.

Me personally would know nothing about Business Accounting, but then i would know alot about parenting, food, health and fashion.

But my friend who actually works in accounting could talk at me for hours, about the ins and outs of it all! Knowing me i wouldn't grasp it still probably! I love to have the information in front of me so i can read and understand it for myself.

I found that reading articles helped me alot, and if i still couldn't find my answer i would just simply ask the question on that article, or type my question in on the Internet search engine.

There will always be someone out there that knows the answer, or has had a similar experience themselves.

That's what i love about the Internet, you can find out about virtually anything. Even if you have an embarrassing problem or situation, it really doesn't matter because no one knows who you are through the computer screen do they?

I am trying to remember the days before we had computers and the Internet. Can you imagine if we didn't have it now. What would we do without it!?

Where do you get all your information from you need?

NEW 'PAY-PER-BID' AUCTION SITE: Bidazzled

This is a Sponsored Post written by me on behalf of Bidazzled. All opinions are 100% mine.

Auction page example (click to enlarge)

I was excited to learn about a new online auction site called Bidazzled, that was launched in November this year.

The beauty of auctions sites are so you can try and pick up items at a bargain price, compared to if you would buy it from a superstore.

Bidazzled say they can offer up to a 90% saving on brand named items. I like how as well as trying to get everyone the best deal, they can fund a charity at the same time too.

The charity they stand for is the Jimmy Ruch Foundation, that tries to bring awareness, alternative treatments and resources for a lung cancer called Small Cell.

The way the Bidazzled system works is by using a 'pay-per-bid' system. You basically purchase a bid, that you use to bid on what item you are looking to win. Each bid costs about $1.

The bidding process ends when no other bids are made. So if you only bid $1, and no one else bid then you win for $1! If you don't end up winning you receive 'bonus bids' back.

It may sound a little complicated to you at first, but you can learn more about it from the site, by watching the 'How it works' video and viewing the current auctions.

Before you do though as an exclusive offer to my readers, you can get 15 additional bids by entering these codes on the registration page:

NATIVITY PLAY NERVES

Before we left

Evan had his Nativity play at school, and all the kids had to dress up as a character from the Mary and Joseph time. You know like the wise men, Shepherds, donkey, angels etc.

Evan chose the wise man cause he thought it looked like a king. I bought it because i haven't got a clue how to make a costume! But most of the mums had that idea too thankfully!

Evan far left, bottom

He had a small part to say. It was 'There was once an angel'. He was the first one to speak and was very nervous. He told me earlier he would be with all the mums and dads being there.

I felt so sorry for him as he looked at the floor when he was singing, and i saw his eyes fill with tears, but then he seemed ok when he looked up and saw mine, his daddy, nanny and his brothers face.

He told me after he had a pain in his stomach all day and didn't feel very well. That must have been the butterflies with the nerves.

I said to him that he did brilliant, and he said 'Even though i was nervous mummy?'. Bless him.

The teacher said to me afterwards 'All the great ones get stage fright'. I think Evan is her little favourite i'm sure.

VIRTUAL CREDIT CARD BENEFITS

Whether it's a personal or business account, it's not always easy for someone to open up a bank account- especially if you had had credit problems in the past.

Alot of people will use EntroPay's online virtual credit cards instead that is available to everyone.

You are offered various different benefits such as instant funding- so you can start spending as soon as you want to, pay for services without having to show your financial details and the convenience of using your card at nearly one million ATMs across the world.

Plus you can convert your money into another currency other than your own, and manage your account in 7 different languages.

The cards are good because they give you the option of using it just like you would a normal credit card, but your not getting the debt that comes with it.

Instead the card is alot more affordable to use with no hidden costs involved, and low flat rate charges for transactions.

As i mentioned above you can get these prepaid credit cards from EntroPay, who are certified by the UK Financial Services.

There is also the option of using this service to make electronic online payments to pay someone a specific amount of money, or someone to pay you even. It doesn't matter where you or that person is based.

The virtual credit cards are especially beneficial to businesses who are looking for an enhanced secure payment system, but where you can still make and receive payments of any size.

The monies can be made available in an account within minutes and not days like some merchants. And it doesn't even matter whether you have a bank account or not.

You can find out more at the EuroPay site, where you can take advantage of the 24/7 support system for any questions you may have.

MAYBELLINE DREAM SATIN LIQUID REVIEW

I am always on the look out for new foundations, as i'm never 100% happy with the results i get.

I saw the Dream Satin Liquid on TV, and it claimed to have a 'whipped airbrush finish', so i thought i'll give it a try, and see if i can look like one of those airbrushed celebrity photos!

The foundation went on really smooth. I only needed one pump portion to give my face a full coverage.

I was really pleased with the results. No streaking, not too much rubbing in and the colour looked really natural and blended in nicely with the rest of my body. And it covered my facial imperfections i.e spots, blemishes etc.

It was a bit more pricier than my usual foundations, although still affordable. Plus it lasts for hours, which is great for a busy mum of 2!. I will definitely be buying this again.

All little girls love to have a doll. As a parent it's nice to watch them role play with their doll and pretend they are looking after it.

PERCY THE PERFECTLY IMPERFECT CHICKEN BOOK REVIEW

This is a sweet little book that tells the story of Percy who is different to the other chickens. The other chickens think he's different too, and because of this they try and push him out of the Coup.

That is until they realize and admit that they are not so perfect themselves after all, and have been hiding their so called flaws all along.

The book tries to teach children the lesson that they should just be themselves, and they should also accept themselves for who they are.

It's a lovely illustrated book done by Daniel Seward, that's done in great detail that you could be looking at the story through Percy's eyes in parts.

The book has 38 pages of story and pictures, although it doesn't seem like that making it a perfect bedtime story for 3-10 year olds.

Author Rick Rieser wrote the book exclusively for Fastpencil.com. He is a nationally recognized children's advocate, and loves to work on resources for children of all ages to help them focus on important morals and lessons.

I got Percy The Perfectly Imperfect Chicken Book from Fastpencil.com. You can find out more using the link here.

PARENTS CHOICE FORMULA WIN 'FALSE MEAD JOHNSON CLAIM' CASE

This is a Sponsored Post written by me on behalf of PBM Products. All opinions are 100% mine.

You have probably saw alot of PBM Products on the market, and wondered if they actually meet the nutritional value needs they claim to have, and save parents alot of money?

You will be interested to know that competitor Mead Johnson who makes Enfamil® LIPIL® made claims that the PBM formula wasn't superior to brand formulas.

Such claims and remarks like their formula is 'clinically proven' and 'there is no need to cut back on nutrition' were made, even though PBM products have the same nutrients levels that Enfamil have. Maybe even exceeding it too.

It also has to meet exacting standards of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), pursuant to the Infant Formula Act of 1980.

Court judges actually ruled Mead Johnson's claim out, and has now stopped them from making false advertising claims against PBM in the future.

Parents who have used PBM formula as their regular purchase have saved alot of money over time. Because of the 'Mead Johnson Incident' it cost many parents hundreds of dollars a year using other formulas.

Just so you know PBM costs 50% less than Enfamil® LIPIL®, and you could save up to $600 a year.

I hope this information has been useful to you, and helps you decide on making your future purchases.

It didn't last long though as he complained it was itching him. I don't blame him really. It must be a horrible feeling on your face!
