I am sure most of us have probably been on a diet or on a cut down at some point in our lives, even if it's just to shift a few pounds to get into that little black dress that's been sitting in our wardrobe for months!
There are alot of weight loss diets and exercise plans you can follow. Some people will do one or the other, but one of the main keys is to combine both if possible for better results.

I am one of those yo yo diet people unfortunately. I will lose the weight I want then either get stuck at a certain point or put on half a stone again. But I know what I should be doing, it's crazy!
